Day 1: Lamas Native Experience – Living Amazon Culture
Departure from Tarapoto to Lamas, known as the folkloric capital of the Peruvian Amazon, located at 814 meters above sea level. During the excursion, we will visit the iconic Main Square, one of the most representative landmarks of the region's cultural heritage.
We will then continue to the remarkable Lamas Castle, a unique medieval-style construction offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
The experience concludes in Kechwa Wayku, an authentic native Amazonian community, where you will discover its ancestral traditions, customs, and way of life preserved through generations.
Return to Tarapoto in the late afternoon.
Day 2: Full-Day Blue Lagoon – Nature & Relaxation
Departure to the beautiful Blue Lagoon (Laguna Azul), located 51 km from Tarapoto and considered one of the region’s most popular natural attractions.
Upon arrival, we will enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the lagoon, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Afterwards, we will visit a charming tourist lodge on the lakeshore, where you can swim, relax, or participate in optional activities.
Enjoy a delicious à la carte tourist lunch and free time to unwind, take photos, and connect with the tranquility of this natural paradise before returning to the city.
Day 3: Ahuashiyacu Waterfall – Nature at Its Finest
Visit the spectacular Ahuashiyacu Waterfall, located just 14 km from Tarapoto, within the Cordillera Escalera Regional Conservation Area, one of the most important ecosystems in the Peruvian Amazon.
To reach the waterfall, we will take a short 10-minute walk along well-maintained trails surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.
Enjoy free time to swim in its refreshing waters, admire the natural scenery, and experience a true connection with nature.
At the scheduled time, return to Tarapoto and transfer to the airport.
