Cultural route to La Paz

This journey connects sacred Peruvian highland sites with Bolivia’s heritage, ending in La Paz for further exploration.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Puno at 6:30 a.m. to begin our journey across the southern Andean highlands.
Our first stop will be Chucuito, where we will visit the Inca Uyo Fertility Temple, an ancient ceremonial site associated with ancestral rituals. Afterwards, we will take a short walk through the main square of this traditional Andean town.
We will then continue to Aramu Muru, also known as Hayu Marca, where we will accompany you to the interdimensional stone portal, the stone forest, and enjoy a light walk to appreciate the landscape and take photographs.
Around 10:30 a.m., we will arrive at the Desaguadero border (Peru–Bolivia). Here, we will complete immigration procedures in both countries, with an estimated waiting time of about 30 minutes.
After lunch, we will begin a guided visit to the most important areas of the archaeological complex, including the Sun Gate, the Stone Museum, the Akapana Pyramid, the Semi-Subterranean Temple, Keri Kala, Putuni, Laka Kollu, and Wila Pukara. The guided tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
At the end of the visit, we will continue our journey to La Paz, where you will be transferred to your hotel in the city center.
